About GVA AI
GVA AI is the independent agenda of artificial-intelligence events in the canton of Geneva: conferences, workshops, courses, meetups, official meetings and summits, labelled or not.
Who runs it
The secretariat is provided by GAIGI, the Geneva AI Governance Institute, a Swiss public-benefit foundation.

How an event gets listed
- It deals with artificial intelligence and takes place in the canton of Geneva, with a known date and venue.
- Listing is free, through the site's form or by e-mail. The secretariat checks the details on the organiser's page within two working days.
- Every page cites its source and links to the organiser's page. No organiser's image or text is reproduced.
- Invitation-only events are listed without a registration link, so that everyone knows what is taking place in Geneva.
- Every organiser is treated the same way: no event is promoted and none pays to be listed. GAIGI lists its own events on the same terms.
Corrections and removal
An organiser can ask at any time for an event to be corrected or removed, through the form or by e-mail. Requests are handled within two working days.
Your data
- The site uses no cookies, no trackers and no third-party services. Fonts and all files are served from the site, hosted in Switzerland.
- The events you save and the date of your last visit are kept in your browser only. They are never transmitted.
- The e-mail address sent with an event is used to verify it. It is kept in the secretariat's database, hosted in Switzerland, and is neither published nor passed on.
- The address left for the Monday letter is kept until you unsubscribe; every message contains an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask for access to your data or its deletion at events@gaigi.org.
Road to Geneva
The Road to Geneva label and the official Geneva AI Summit 2027 programme belong to the Confederation. GVA AI shows the label as it appears on the official list.
